Whether, weather?

Despite of the drizzle, my mother-in-law and I went out for a walk this morning.  Whoohoo!  I felt very accomplished afterwards.  No more excuses this time.  I had my second thoughts earlier since my sister, my walking partner for the 2nd week now, slept in today.  Good thing my mother-in-law gamely agreed to walk with me.   When we saw the raindrops before we left her house,  it didn't bother her a bit and even offered to bring umbrellas.  Now that's what you call - determination.

I NEED A BREAK

I'm sure you've seen this viral ad lately.  Darn, they speak right!  As always,  Nestle's 'Choose Wellness' campaign hits the spot.  Working in the office with no conscious break intervals (plus really terrible sitting posture) sure is awful on the back and well-being (emotional & mental).

folding bike

First, he wanted rubber shoes for running.  We bought a matching pair.
Then, he wanted sports attire.  His sister took care of it.
Now, he wants a folding bike.

I faint.

I'm going to find us a great big UMPH!" Mumble to Erik, Happy Feet Two

Ohhthat! Gorilla Shoes.  Spotted this uniquely designed barefoot running shoes in the mall several days back.  I've been hearing about this trend early this year but didn't bother to check it since - well, it's weird!  Anyway, I finally did some research and found some cool stuffs that may be worth to give these funny-looking shoes a second look.
