Consistency is Key: Uncle Cheffy's In Eastwood
I think I've written about Uncle
Cheffy's once or twice here already. For more than 3 years, their
Eastwood branch has remained one of our family's incontestable default
celebration spots.

Chanced upon some of our photos during my Hubby's and Father-in-Law's birthday today and it sparked some wishful thinking in me - visit Greece! Oh, it's perfect for this summer's heat. I'll sunbathe under the sun in my two-piece...Lol. Wishful thinking nga lang eh!

Imagine Italy at Stella Fort Bonifacio
Can I have the last slice please? Stella's wood-fired pizza definitely captured how a traditional Italian pizza should taste like.

Ikkoryu Fukuoka Ramen at Shangri-La Plaza (East Wing)
I rarely find myself in Shang or in Ortigas area these days. The heat and traffic are ENOUGH excuse to stay put. Besides, when shopping centers and food joints are just a stone throw away why bother pa, right? But the newly opened East Wing of Shangri-La Plaza is getting quite some buzz, kaya maki-usi muna tayo. ;-)

Chinese-Filipino Fusion at Panciteria Lido Cocina Tsina
Buchi or Butsi | rice cake for desert |
With or without Chinese genes, I'm very much at home with Chinese-Filipino fusion. I mean, who doesn't, right? It's practically imbedded in our history.

The Secret of Peeling Tomato Skin
FOR THE LOVE OF SALSA |
Cream cheese & jalapeno sealed my family's fondness to salsa. We love it! But the thought of peeling a kilo or two tomato skin is just dreadful.

Our Breakfast at Antonio's
Antonio's restaurant is one of the beautiful and romantic places H & I have been to so far. It's located just a few hours from Manila and in one of the most scenic places in the Philippines, Tagaytay City.
