Homemade Mini - Pizza Toast

Being married to a Pizzaman, wifey here needs to be creative or else our food budget will go off-the-roof because of pizza takeouts/ deliveries!   

I used ready-made mini pizza bread that can fit our toaster to make this project.  Then, I topped it with tomato paste, diced red & green bell pepper, sliced salami and grated cheese.  Nothing fancy really... 

I honestly don't like making pizza pies.  It requires a bunch of ingredients and chopping - as you, know I'm not a fan of knives.  Ohh, but the beaming smile on my Pizzaman's face makes the hassle worth it...  ;)

Goal today, go an extra mile to make somebody smile.
