PFW Spring Summer 2012: It's a Wrap for Me!

I'll be wrapping up early on my PFW Spring Summer 2012 "adventure".  Again, a special thank you to Jen, Laura & Angel for the invites! ☺

Though last night's show was a big FAIL on our part, we ended it with an 18" 4-Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza and Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta from Yellow Cab - now that's a good  pambawi naman, right?

PFW: SM Ladies' Fashion Spring Summer 2012

SM Ladies' Fashion Spring Summer 2012 Show was a major disappointment for us.  We were stuck in a 2.5 hr traffic along EDSA and totally missed the show by a couple of minutes!  Felt really bad for Rachel of The Fashionist Architect and my two babies, Han & Sky - who was supposed to experience their 1st PFW pa naman. Haizz.. T_T

Ohh well, to savor some PFW aftermath, the girls and I did a couple of OoTD instead (in our Parisian shoes).  Thank God we were able to catch up with some of our friends too.

PWF: L'Oreal Paris presents Michael Cinco

Michael Cinco's show last night at the SMX HAll 2 for the Philippine Fashion Week was beyond words.  From the collection, musical scoring and stunning effects - ohh, it was absolutely breathtaking.  Bravo!

Unfortunately, my pictures did not do much justice.. anyway, just to share some tidbits of last night. Thank you so much Angel  of wonderwomanrises for the ticket. Can't thank you enough! :)

Sweet Beer for the Ladies : Bundaberg

I'm not a fan of beers.  They taste bad and smell bad on my book.  But when H made me try Bundaberg Brewed Drinks we found in a trade fair - Ohh, I'm hooked!

A non alcoholic beer that tastes good - sweet! Hold on, so is this sweet beer really a beer?  

By definition, yes but the process also removes the alcohol to achieve a legally acceptable level as a non alcoholic beverage.  Check this detailed explanation from a forum I found in the internet:

Bundaberg has a range of products & flavors which includes Bundaberg's famous Ginger Beer, Lemon, Lime and Bitters, Sarsaparilla, Peachee, Burgundee, Lemon Ale, Apple Ale and a selection of cafe style flavours which include Blood Orange, Pink Grapefruit and Guava. Bundaberg Brewed Drinks also offers diet varieties for those counting their calorie intake.

For a sweeter deal, no need to go to special trade fairs to get a fix of Bundaberg products in Manila. H & I spotted a limited selection at Landmark Supermarket (Australian product section), Trinoma. I do hope they can complete the whole line soon! ☺

My Survival Kit Essentials

I've been a busy bee this past week.  Not only did my day job and recently activated blogger's life required me to go all around the metro (literally), I also attended a string of family gatherings for my Ina's week-long life celebration.

To keep me worry free while I'm on-the-go, I made sure I packed these essentials for my survival kit alongside my makeup bag.

It's mid-October already, I still can't decide whether or not I am ready to get our first Christmas Tree. The lack of storage space and permanent dwelling place (a.k.a "just renting") are my top most dilemmas! 

After browsing through the net, I found some nice DIY Christmas Tree concepts I can probably do and dismantle easily after the holiday season.  O, diba?  No permanent commitment necessary! :-)
