If you've been following me on Twitter lately, you probably know I've been drooling over French Baker's Chicken Salad on Croissant Bread. Yum! So during the long break, I experimented in the kitchen and tried to make my own version to satisfy my cravings.
I'm quite satisfied with my plating, practice-practice lang naman... but the salad itself needs a little tweaking. The miracle whip I used turned out too sweet for my desired taste but the grated turnip (a.k.a "singkamas") that I added gave a surprisingly fresh flavor and crunchy texture.

After several attempts of using this food processor, i officially declare this is one of the worst kitchen equipment I have.
Anyway, I'm set to find another food inspiration for my next kitchen adventure! Any recommendation/s?
