While I do share Senator Miriam's sentiments on who should get the limelight on SONA, part of the reason why I watch it is to see how our officials & their family wore our Filipiniana.
Sa totoo lang, I'm fascinated with our traditional costume. And I deeply appreciate when it is given breathing room to grow and showed-off to the world. One way to be proud of being a Filipino, right? Maganda talaga sya! Yun lang, nahahaluan ng politika.

I hope the Filipiniana costume would gain world prominence. It is soo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteSi Tootsy ba ung dating from That's Entertainment? They all look stunning!
ReplyDeleteAng ganda ni Lucy Torres-Gomez! Mas nahi-highlight DAW kasi ang red carpet walk kaysa sa mismong SONA. But we can't blame people kasi naman ang ganda nga ng Filipiniana dress natin.
