DWF : Rollerblade Gals @ Uncle Cheffy

Gosh, grown ups na tyo... pretty pa din! :D

Rea, our childhood & rollerblade buddy, was in town after 9 long years!?!  We only had a day to spend with her - at least for me, since H & I had an early flight the next day.  Super bitin! :(

So where to eat in Eastwood?  Uncle Cheffy!!!

Uncle Cheffy became our favorite go-to place since Di introduced it to us.  They serve good Fil-Am-Italian fusion dishes in big portions and affordable prices.

APPETIZER

For a different salad w/ Pinoy slant, we picked Uncle Cheffy Salad - crispy pork belly, asparagus, potato, & mesclum in dijonaise dressing.  This appetizer can be really filling & can serve as a main meal so better watch out.  Certainly, one of my favorites!

 MAIN DISH

A must try, Memphis Barbeque U/S/ Beef Back Ribs for some heavy meat loading. Ohh, can you see the size of that thing?  Suuulit & bog-sarap!

MEMPHIS BARBEQUE U.S. BEEF BACK RIBS P300 (medium) / P595 (family)

Lastly, we ordered Uncle Cheffy's specialty - the brick-oven baked Panizza.  Yun lang, we selected All Meat Barbeque without realizing we ordered lechon-bits salad & memphis bbq already... Meat over-load na ito!  Next time we'll go w/ the classic 3 cheese Panizza or Uncle Cheffy Favorites instead. :D

We were all delighted with our dinner especially our balikbayan - wala daw sa States ito We were so full and left no room for desert. Oops!  Hayy, so looking forward to our next get-together.  It's always fun dining w/ friends (DWF).
