Lunch Time! Century Bangus Tapa w/ Minced Veggies

surprisingly good! :D

Easy Steps:

1.  Saute minced veggies (I used our left over carrots & red bell pepper ), add a pinch of salt & garlic powder, then set aside.

2.  Fry Century Bangus Tapa as instructed in the label

3.  Plate as desired :D
