Since H & I rarely go home early from work, I need to be creative to pull off a decent healthy meal in 30 minutes or less! Ohh, thank God for delata (Tagalog for canned goods).
This late night meal features Gerald este Century Tuna's Vienna Sausage. ;-)
Ingredients:
Tomato paste
Tomato sauce (optional)
Fresh & dry basil
Garlic
Onion
Salt, pepper, chili powder
Cheese
Sliced Vienna Sausages (half can)
Easy Steps:
This time, you have to trust your taste buds.
I wasn't able to do proper measurements & just sort of mixed & taste-tested it all the way through
1. Saute minced garlic & onions in olive oil
2. Add about 2 spoons of tomato paste
3. Pour in water, wait until it boils
4. Add the tomato sauce for thicker soUp (optional)
5. Put in the herb & spices for taste
6. Add the chopped Century Tuna Vienna Sausages
7. Top with grated cheese before serving
For our salad, its mixed lettuce, red bell pepper, and Century Tuna Vienna Sausages
w/ Basamic Vinegar & Olive Oil dressing :-)
