Choppy lips & dry mouth are sure indicators I'm not drinking enough water. So how much water do I need anyway?
After taking the 10-point test, it calculated 117.5 ounces or 3.5 liters of minimum water intake. If I eat healthy, about 20 percent of my water may come from the food I eat. But either way, that's about 2 bottles of 1.5L Coke or 15 eight-ounce glasses or five 700ml water tumblers! Now I know why I'm dehydrated. >_<
|To keep tab on how many bottle refills I already did, I place paper clips on my tumbler strap. Nice, right? :D|
