Consistency is Key: Uncle Cheffy's In Eastwood

I think I've written about Uncle Cheffy's once or twice here already.  For more than 3 years, their Eastwood branch has remained one of our family's incontestable default celebration spots.

Agreeable food selection for the whole family from brick-oven pizza to seafood choices.  Huge serving portions perfect for sharing.  Priced considerably.  Consistently good overall staff service. These are why Uncle Cheffy's is a default option whenever we go out and afraid of ruining the party on experimenting with new restaurants. 

Same as Mother's Day,  Father's Day with the in-laws was celebrated in the same restaurant.   Hehehe, but this time we used the Mother's Day P200 Discount Coupon. ;-)

Our usual order starts with Uncle Cheffy's Salad which is incredibly good and 'sinful'.   It comprises of asparagus, potato and mesclun in dijonnaise dressing topped with big stripes of crispy pork belly.  We also occasionally add a simple tossed salad to add more veggies in our meal.

Then, it is followed by our Panniza of choice, Uncle Cheffy's Favorites - oven dried tomatoes, mushroom garlic, anchovy, chili flkes, basil and 3 kinds of cheese toppings, or East Meets West - parma ham, salami, kesong puti, salted eggs, tomatoes, mango and 3 kinds of cheese toppings.

Our main entree comprise of Memphis Barbeque U.S. Bee Rib Finger served with salad and baby potatoes and sauce paired with a family size special rice order.  This is such a good deal!

A meal like this for a family size of 7 ranges from P300- P350 per person (excluding beverage cost).  Not bad, don't  you think?  I'd give 5 stars for value for money.
