Kooky Pam Dark Belgian Choco Chip

Happy Father's Day!

My old friend and schoolmate Prissy have been posting their cookie business - Kooky Pam -  on her Facebook wall lately.  The Dark Belgian Choco Chip is their best seller.  At syempre, when it comes to chocolate I couldn't resist.  It looked incredibly tempting kasi.

Prissy was so easy to transact with, not just because she's an old friend, but she's really accommodating, thoughtful and kind of an OC like me.  Hehe.  She gave me options on how I want the packaging to look like, especially when she learned it'll be for my Father's Day giveaway in the office.  I left the design up to her and I'm very pleased how it came out.  Ohh take note, the personalized packaging is for free!

Now for the cookie.  Ohh, it's way better than Mrs Fields nga!  It's thick, soft, moist and chewy with chucks of dark Belgian Chocolates.  My husband and I love it.  Perfect with coffee or cold milk. 

You can have the cookie either warm or cold, both are incredibly good.  According to Prissy, storage life is a bit shorter - 5 days max for optimum taste since they do not use any preservatives like those commercially available cookies you find in the groceries.  No worries though, I'm sure you wouldn't have any problems storing it, that cookie on top lasted only a few seconds!
